Our website grants you non-exclusive, limited license to use the web templates and modules sold through our website (https://prestabuilder.com - PrestaBuilder) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (the 'license') issued by our company.
All versions of PrestaBuilder themes are licensed under the GNU general public license. A "30 days package" gives the right to use the theme on one website. A "6 months package" gives the right to use the theme on five websites. A "1-year package" gives the right to use the theme on ten websites. A "1-year enterprise package" gives the right to use the theme on as many websites as you like and you may sell the themes to you clients.
Each account can be accessed by one person only. We may ban accounts where multiple users will be detected.
Themes and modules are available to customers who have made any purchase and whose account is valid.
The themes are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of Prestashop 1.7, Prestashop 1.6, and Prestashop 1.5, but we can give no guarantee, that older ones will run with future versions of Prestashop. We are however committed to doing our best to make all the themes compatible with future releases of Prestashop.
After we have successfully received your payment, you will have instant access to the PrestaBuilder and your status information will be emailed to the email address you provided. This may take up to 1 hour but usually, happens within minutes. If your status does not change after this time period, please contact us through our website.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are a property of PrestaBuilder. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
All content, including imagery, published on the prestabuilder.com domain is a property of PrestaBuilder and under copyright. Any replicated site content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source. Content from the PrestaBuilder website shall not be used or exploited for any commercial and non-private purposes without the prior written consent of PrestaBuilder.
You cannot resell the theme to your customer, unless you have an Agency Account.
Even with the Agency Account, you cannot resell the themes on Addons.Prestashop.com or Themeforest.net and similar websites. Otherwise we may ban your account without a prior notification.
After the payment, you have 7 days (14-day membership) or 30 days (other memberships) to decide if you like our service. If you are not satisfied, we will refund you the full payment.
PrestaBuilder offers these templates and modules ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and plugins. Further, we offer no support for installation, customization, administration of Prestashop itself.
We will do our best to help you set up your theme and modules.
PrestaBuilder reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a product (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the PrestaBuilder website and Facebook page.
PrestaBuilder does not warranty or guarantee these templates and modules in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, modules or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that PrestaBuilder templates will work with all browser combinations.
