What happened?

Last week on Tuesday (27.8) our website was under DDOS attack. That means someone aimed many computers to access Theme Maker to slow it down or stop totally.

As a result our webhosting provider has blocked many countries which they detected the "infected computers" are accessing from. But this stopped not just the attacker but also many of our customers.

Planned migration

During the weekend (31.8 - 1.9) I was planning to move the website to Virtual Server, however I had problems with reliable and fast internet connection which could fastly download&upload gigabytes of Theme Maker.

Final solution

On Sunday I made a deal with my webhosting provider that in the next days they will do the migration for me. The process should take only about 2 hours.

Virtual server will allow access the login/register form for all countries and also will be faster than the current server.

Temporary solution

If you're accessing from blocked country, please try to use proxy server, from Germany, France, Italy for instance:
http://spys.ru/free-proxy-list/de/
You will be "pretending" that you are connecting from unblocked country and Theme Maker will be usable again.
This is a tutorial how to use proxy

Please contact me also through the contact form for a compensation in a form of "extra days" - if you couldn't connect even via proxy.

I'm doing my best to solve this situation as soon as possible.

Update

Presta Theme Maker will be down on September 5th, at 17:00 CET for about 2 hours - moving to our virtual server.
